Design Direction

This is the very first butchery that was designed for MLS. Create a design that transforms the traditional meat store into a more retail-oriented design-centric entity. Warm butchery, prominent signage, hidden back-of-house and cold room.

This became an instant hit within 2 days it was opened to the public. We continued to work with MLS to design 4 more units with rigorous improvements store after store.
